Elizabeth Adams is the Researcher Development Manager at the University of Glasgow, working with research students, postdocs and academic staff to support their professional and career development. Tanita Casci is the Head of Research Policy at the University of Glasgow. She develops institutional policies and projects that support research staff and students to succeed, which includes aligning our activities to promote a positive culture.
