Contributor Biography

Sarah Kearns is a second year PhD student at the University of Michigan studying Chemical Biology. She studies the recognition and mechanism of the exchange of a CH3 group between substrate and enzymes. Outside of the lab, she writes for MiSciWriters, of which she is also a content editor and the communications director, and for her own blog Annotated Science.
