Contributor Biography
Peter Lachman is a paediatrician with a wealth of experience as a clinician and leader in quality improvement and patient safety. He developed the quality improvement program at Great Ormond Street Hospital and worked at the Royal Free Hospital in London. In 2016, Dr Lachman was appointed CEO of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare. Since 2011, he has been leading the quality improvement training program at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
