Contributor Biography

Eva Amsen is Scientific Engagement Manager for the Transforming Genetic Medicine Initiative (TGMI), which aims to build the knowledge base, tools and processes needed to deliver genetic medicine. Currently based at the Institute of Cancer Research, Eva previously worked at F1000 as Community Strategy Manager and Outreach Director, and at the journal Development, where she launched and manager community website The Node. Eva is also a freelance writer, and she holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.
