Alex Hoffman is a first-year PhD student studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida. Before attending UF, he earned a BS in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary. His research is focused on elucidating methanol conversion reactions in H-form zeolite catalysts using density functional theory.
