The Nanopore analysis channel aims to be a resource for rapid publication of nanopore data, analysis and benchmarking results, in order to help drive forward the analysis of nanopore sequencing data. The first article (also the 1000th article on F1000Research!) is a report from the MinION Analysis and Reference Consortium, about the small MinION DNA sequencer.
