A reanalysis of mouse ENCODE comparative gene expression data [v1; ref status: approved with reservations 1, https://f1000r.es/5ez]

In this article, which initiated as a discussion on Twitter, Gilad and Mizrahi-Man reanalyse the results of the recent mouse ENCODE study, and suggest that the original data were collected using a flawed study design, which did not account for the batch effect.
