drosophilaStrain-specific and pooled genome sequences for populations of Drosophila melanogaster from three continents. [v1; ref status: indexed, https://f1000r.es/515]
Casey M. Bergman, Penelope R. Haddrill

This data note describes the sequencing of Drosophila melanogaster genomes from 50 isofemale lines and six pooled samples. The data – which came from populations collected in Europe, North America, and Africa – will contribute to the understanding of evolutionary forces that shape genome variation.
