The European Commission is asking for feedback on their paper “‘Science 2.0’- Science in Transition”. They’re inviting residents of Europe to read the paper and send in their thoughts before September 30.- After it came to light that the first round of review, at Science, of the controversial STAP study was overwhelmingly critical, Lenny Teytelman asks if it’s time for open peer review.
