Here too are the dreaming landscapes,
lunar, derelict.
Here too are the masses,
tillers of the soil.
And cells, fighters
who lay down their lives for a song. Here too are cemeteries,
fame and snow.
And I hear the murmuring,
the revolt of immense estates.

Insightful and fun. Great sense of humor with a pragmatic sense of what works in the real world of the scientific establishment. Now for the rest of us there is the indomitable Steve Jobs address at Stanford. Keep both views in mind when you set sights on your course.
