All of the prior respondants are delusional. I see a primary cilium (big magenta blob) in a definitely mouse cell line, most likely an ES cell line. The primary cilium is reduced in cells infected with a lentivirus co-expressing GFP with an shRNA preventing the outgrowth of the cilium from the basal body. I
