Getting started with F1000Journal Clubs

We’ve put together some posters to help Faculty Members, users of F1000Prime and librarians raise awareness of journal club meetings that have begun using, or are interested to get started with, F1000Journal Clubs.

Poster for up-coming journal club meetings
F1000Journals Clubs, which launched last month, can automatically remind club members of up-coming meetings and journal club-related tasks by email. And this poster, below, can help further promote journal club meetings in a lab or department. It includes room to provide meeting time, venue and dates, and points participants to where they can find the articles and presentations that will be discussed.

Introducing F1000Journal Clubs at your organization
This poster lists the main features of F1000Journal Clubs and the URL to get started. It’s probably most useful for librarians and Faculty Members at organizations with access to F1000Prime.

Introducing F1000Journal Clubs to your colleagues
This poster provides the main features and points to the free personal trial that is available, for use at an organization that does not yet subscribe to F1000Prime. Anyone with a personal trial can, also, recommend F1000Prime (and F1000Journal Clubs) to their librarian.
